3. That all citizens are guaranteed equal rights and justice before the Law regardless of race, creed, color, age, sex or economic station in life.
4. That all citizens have the freedom to work and enjoy the fruits of their labor; that all citizens are guaranteed the freedom to contract, to own, and control their property.
5. That all citizens have the right to participate in a free economy.
6. That the honor and dignity of the Flag of the United States of America should be protected.
7. That every individual citizen of West Virginia is empowered by assuming personal responsibility for self, family and community.
8. That traditional values, education, and religious freedom are the foundation of our country’s future.
